The fourth quarter of 2024 saw varied performance among the top food delivery apps on Android in Central America. According to Sensor Tower data, these apps demonstrated significant trends in downloads and active users.

DiDi Food: Express Delivery maintained a robust presence with weekly downloads fluctuating between 63K and 84K. The highest activity was observed in the last week of December with 84K downloads. Active users ranged from approximately 2.9M to 3.5M, peaking in the week of October 21.

Uber Eats: Food and Grocery experienced a steady increase in downloads, starting at 58K in early October and reaching about 91K by late December. Active users fluctuated, reaching a peak of over 4M in early December.

Rappi: Food Delivery, Grocery showed a consistent increase in weekly downloads, beginning at 50K and peaking at 72K in late December. Active users remained high, with numbers around 3.8M to 4.4M throughout the quarter.

PedidosYa - Delivery Online had downloads ranging between 34K and 43K, with the highest figures recorded in early December. Active users saw a slight decrease, averaging around 800K to 900K.

TaDa Delivery de Bebidas MX showed a notable increase in downloads mid-quarter, with numbers rising from 15K to over 60K in late November. Active users remained stable, averaging around 220K to 240K.
